More than a dozen aboriginal youths, entrepreneurs and community leaders are heading to Toronto from northern Ontario this week to "job shadow" corporate CEOs.

Toronto Sun LogoThe participants will be spending time with the executives for three days, sitting in on meetings and events.

They have prepared business plans, and the best one will win a $15,000 prize to help them follow through on it.

Organizers say they hope participants will be inspired by the experience and go back to their communities to create successful businesses there.

The project was launched last year and is the brainchild of Nepalese-born Aditya Jha and aboriginal officials.
